Welcome to Mountain View Martial Arts and Fitness!

Mountain View Martial Arts and Fitness, Inc. provides superior instruction in Martial Arts.The instructors have taught throughout Clark County, Washington and Multnomah County, Oregon.

Mountain View offers classes in Taekwon-Do for all ages. The classes include traditional Taekwon-Do instruction including a transition program for children between the age of 3 and 6,
and a toddler program for ages 1 1/2 to 3 where the parent participates with the student to assist in developing coordination skills.
Cardio Kick Boxing classes are also offered. Mountain View teaches Self Defense and Stranger Danger courses in group and individual settings.
